"Hi everyone, Jake here with WeldTables.com. I'm one of the Design Engineers that has drawn a large amount of our CertiFlat Weld Table models in Solidworks. I've also been responsible for making models of the custom orders we receive. Solidworks has been a great tool for designing our tables before we them move into production. Also, it's been a huge help for those custom tables customers have asked us to build. Being able to show images or sending models of the tables is a great way to verify that we are all on the same page.
Over the past couple of months, we have been getting an increasing amount of inquiries for our Weld Table models. So, I'm happy to announce that we are putting models of the Certiflat Weld tables on grabcad.com. As of right now, our 1/4" Fab Blocks will be available. I'm working on uploading more of our Certiflat products at this time. We are also working on linking the models on GrabCAD to our website. Your GrabCAD Score is pretty important. Not only is GrabCAD’s scoring system a fun way to track your progress and professional growth, but it also helps you see where you stand among your peers. If your GrabCAD score is not as high as you’d like it to be, here’s a helpful Tutorial that teaches you some tips to raise that score.

Open Engineering
At GrabCAD, there’s no need to reinvent the wheel – literally. The GrabCAD Community was founded on the principle that, by members contributing to and taking models from the Library, there would be no need to waste time or effort designing parts that someone else already designed. If you are designing a motorcycle, or a piece of industrial equipment, you shouldn’t have to take the time to painstakingly recreate a wheel, or a bolt. Instead, through the GrabCAD Community you can easily find a CAD file and use that in your design (just make sure to give credit where credit is due!).
