Q: How long will it take to receive my order?

A: We pride ourself on the fact that each table is made to order and not mass-produced. This allows the company to offer a level of customization that's difficult to find in other welding table manufacturers. However, this one-off nature may result in slower fulfillment times than customers might expect, as our production team takes the time to ensure each table is crafted with care and precision.

Our current lead times are 4-6 weeks on most new table orders. 

Q: How is my order shipped?

A: Small parcels are shipped via UPS ground or USPS. Tables on the other hand, with the exception of ProTop tables and MiniBlocks, will arrive flat-packed, on a pallet, and shipped via a 3rd-party fright service. We offer both standard freight and liftgate options for residential addresses. 

Q: Do your tables come pre-assembled?

A: This is up to you! - By default, all of our tables come as a DIY kit that the new owner is expected to weld themselves however, we do offer welding prior to shipment for an added cost. 

Q: Do your tables come with legs?

A: No - Leg Kits are sold separately but we offer a kit for every table available on the site.

Q: Can you make custom tables?

A: Yes, we can build custom FabBlocks in not only custom sizes but materials as well. Ex: Stainless Steel. Our laser cutting machine has a limit of 58”x118”

We do not offer custom ProTop or MiniBlock Tables.

Q: Why is my table top bowed?

A: Due to the nature of hot-rolled steel, the more holes we put in it, the more it wants to go back to its original shape. The ribbing under the structure will bring it back to flatness during the welding process when assembled properly.

Q: What should I do if my table arrives defective or damaged?

A: Please reach out to us right away if a table arrives defective or damaged! We as that you please send photos and a description of the problem to sales@weldtables.com so we can generate a ticket in our system. This will allow us to rectify the problem in the fastest manner.
