WeldTables.com Chassis Tables are the perfect fixture table for building large frames. From automotive to machine frames, our chassis jigs are highly configurable. With large open centers and long straight rails, these tables are perfect for this type of work.
Each Chassis table features 2 "long rails" with 16mm holes on 2-inch centers throughout for use with standard clamps and accessories. The top surfaces are 6 inches wide and 3/8" thick which allows for setups and clamping of most frames. The long rails also feature a cross bar ledge that allows for infinite placement of the short cross rails. Once the short rails are bolted in this makes for an extremely rigid assembly. By using this configuration, virtually any frame can be accommodated.
The legs are built from 3" X 3" X 3/16" wall tubing making for a very durable and stable base. Capacities vary depending on size, but these jigs can take most anything you want to put on them.
All Chassis Tables are built with high grade HRPO A36 material (3/8" top plates, 1/4" drop sides and ribbing) and use our tab and slot design for ease of assembly. Our Chassis Tables are available in a variety of sizes to fit your specific needs. But that's not all, we also offer custom sizes to ensure that our solution is the perfect fit for your project. They are shipped ready to assemble and weld. If you prefer, we also provide a complete or partial assembly service – please contact us for competitive pricing.
These are the same fixture tables we use every day in our shop for producing large weldments. If you're building any kind of large frame, then the CertiFlat Chassis Table from WeldTables.com is the tool you need.
Unless you are making arrangements to pick up your purchase, all items require shipping.
